Since 2014, she is working in the area of Sustainability. She has conceptualized a Rural Development Plan and compiled it as a case study under CSR, Urbanization of Rural India that has been published by PHD Chamber of Commerce and implemented by a large organization in Maharashtra.

Dr Kadambari comes with more than 2 decades of experience in the field of Research, Social Development, CSR Consulting and Corporate Affairs. She has been pioneer in establishing CSR Foundations of corporates and has extensive experience working with various civil society organisations for the benefit of people at the bottom of the pyramid.

A professional with over 20 years in multi- dimensional leadership roles, Punam’s experience spans a broad range of functions including Setting up New Businesses, Business Development, Residence & Citizenship Advisory, Human Resources and Operations. Since 2018, Punam has been involved with the PHD Rural Development Foundation, where she has played a valuable role in mobilizing & raising funds as well as project identification, development & completion. Based on her efforts, funds raised through her network have financed 10 completed projects in the course of 15 short months.
